Take Nikolay holper, who is accused of running a fake engagement service called nakrutka, which uses robotic networks and automated software to generate fake likes, comments, opinions and followers on instagram. Accounts associated with holper and his services have been banned, and he has been officially warned that he has violated Facebook's terms of service and received a termination notice.
